Their product caters to an end-to-end seamless flow of leads, through third-party lead providers to dealers via CRM integrations built with the top CRM software used in automobile sales. It brings to the dealers a unique patented scoring model in the software product that is capable of rejecting/accepting 3rd Party leads in real-time, resulting in a higher percentage of qualified leads being transmitted to the dealers, as compared to other competing software products in the market聽
Team structure: 6 Developers, 3 QA, 1 BA, 1 Project Manager
Project phase: Continuous enhancement & large investment in new features (20% code maintenance/ 80% new functionalities)
YOU WILL
- Lead Team
- Make architectural/design decisions
- Provide direction on module breakdown
- Code activities
- Work as part of the Tech Team
- Jointly with Tech Manager defines the direction for product modernization and feature implementation
MUST HAVE
- Expertise in Java, Spring, ORM Hibernate聽
- Working knowledge and experience with AWS
- Experience with complex codebases and databases
- Ability to breakdown complex code and DB structures into smaller modules in an iterative fashion
- Great communication skills
- Front-end frameworks (any)聽
- Experience in Linux聽
- Strong knowledge of SQL (experience with MS SQL Server preferably)聽
NICE TO HAVE
- Hands-on experience with Vue.js /Angular聽
- DevOps experience will be a strong plus (preferably Jenkins)聽
- Experience developing containerized applications and deployment/orchestration with Docker聽
- Exposure to AWS cloud platform聽
- Ability to coach and mentor junior developers
