Project:聽German software house - project in the area of automotive security
Project鈥檚 status:聽mainly development of new features
Location:聽100% remote or Warsaw / Gda艅sk / 艁贸d藕 / Bydgoszcz
Technology stack:聽Linux, embedded systems, C, C++, RTOS, Python, Git
Rate:
1.) B2B up to 41 USD/hour net+VAT
2.) UoP up to 30 000 PLN gross.
*(payment in USD or PLN - it鈥檚 up to you)
Employment:聽B2B (with paid holidays and sick days) or UoP, full-time, long-term, signed directly with our client
Methodology: Scrum, ASPICE
Start:聽ASAP (candidates with max 1 month notice period are preferred but 3 months will be also accepted)

Zakres obowi膮zk贸w / Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Building a successful team from scratch (including Interviewing candidates, guiding them, assure they have everything they need to work),
Assuring the communication with customers,
Being responsible for delivering customer goals,
Assuring the delivery process, quality of the code, and performance,
Identifying technical and organizational issues and solving them,
Being a technical lead in the beginning, and one of the lead technicians afterwards.
Oczekujemy/ We expect
Required:
8+ years of experience in design and programming embedded systems with C/C++ languages
3+ years of team leadership experience
Experience with Linux systems
Excellent communication and team-building skills
Nice to have:
Experience in automotive
Experience in cyber-security and networking
