Customertimes is expanding its Microsoft Business Solutions Practice and hiring an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) Architect

As an Architect, you will have an opportunity to not only proudly play a leading role in projects, but also to share your experience and mentor others. At times you will collaborate with sales and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and DevOps.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Dynamics 365/CRM (CE) using at least a couple of functionalities from Sales, Customer Service and Field Service, Marketing and Customer Insights – mostly Cloud, but On-premise will be a plus as well
- Proven experience managing projects in different industries (better – in large and long-term engagements) through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing multi-phase/multi-dimensional/multi-resource projects to conclusion while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- A mix of hands-on experience in business applications implementation, architectural design and strategic business acumen
- Experience in pre-sales, supporting the sales team in shaping deals, being accountable for overall estimates enabling the sales team in the pursuit of enterprise customer opportunities
- Experience in assessing the feasibility of migrating customer solutions and/or integrating with 3rd party systems both Microsoft and non-Microsoft platforms
- Experience in developing and maintaining technical architectures, documentation, frameworks and strategies as they relate to Microsoft Dynamics implementations
- Hands-on experience deploying with Microsoft Power Platform solutions is highly desired
- Exposure to enterprise planning and delivery tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps (CI/CD)
- Strong cross-functional and technical knowledge, and experience in Enterprise Application Integration and Architecture patterns
- Agile Software Development experience
- Certifications in MS Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform – will be a plus
