REQUIREMENTS


As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the technical leadership of one or more Teams

within CIS Employee Experience Portfolio. You will take technical decisions, creating and

prioritizing the backlog while defining the roadmap for the systems. You will collaborate and work

closely with other stakeholders (PM / PO / RTE etc.)


You will be:

● Responsible for one or more Products within the portfolio

● Create relevant offer success measures to track the adoption and success of offers launched

● Monitor and evaluate competitiveness of collection of products

● Monitor and shape product performance in bookings and internal product satisfaction

metrics in collaboration with Sales and Delivery

● Work with the Market Units (MUs) to understand the regions and specific industry demands

and map these to product roadmap

● Work with Sales to understand customer needs/sales needs as inputs to the product.

● Define the vision for the product and create a product road map based on this vision in

collaboration with Portfolio Lead

● Manage the product backlog and prioritize based on changing requirements



ROLE DESCRIPTION


● Develop business justifications and plans for required project charters and development

activity

● Oversee all stages of product creation or extension/refresh including design and

development for the Ready to Sell gate

● Develop content & collaterals and direct revisions to current content on CIS X-Port site for

managed products

● Maintain working relationship with Marketing team to ensure technical and solution

collateral is translated into customer messaging as well as plan and drive campaigns as

agreed with Portfolio Lead

● Maintain working relations with partners and vendors leveraged in managed products to

understand and influence their delivery and roadmaps

● Work with Enablement & training to produce collateral and training materials for all managed

products

● External influencing of customers and industry (analysts, industry communities) around the

products they are responsible for.


Required:

● Good technology awareness for the managed products

● Good communication skills in English (speech and writing).

● Strong in presenting to small and large audiences

● Specific Product/Service Knowledge and experience

● At least 2 domain specialisms within the tower they are responsible for

● Experience in specific Product sales cycle

● Continuous improvement

● Change management

● Ad hoc leadership of contributing SMEs as needed

It's not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:

● Experience in SW or HW deployment and release

● Knowledge of Cyber security and data protection & privacy is a merit

● Experience in Software architecture/system architecture Verification & Validation of

Functions
