Project
An application consisting of several business modules, serving tourism agencies and operators worldwide to optimize profits. You will be involved in project work for the client, and also support the migration to the Google Cloud Platform

You will

• Be responsible for developing new software solutions or enhancements to existing software
• Collaborate with Product Managers and technical staff to understand problems and solve them
• Resolve customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
• Participate in the design, development, and delivery of the application may also design and build prototype applications
• Assure the quality of the implementation according to the project’s coding standards
• Demonstrate knowledge of technical solutions
• Assist in the development of technical documentation

Must have

• 3+ years of proven experience in IT software development
• 2+ years of experience in frontend/full-stack development
• Solid knowledge of best programming practices and industry standards
• Ability to work with large, complex projects
• Ability to work in an agile team, proactivity
• Analytical thinking, positive energy, ownership of results, ability to multitask, „can do” attitude
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal
• Strong, proven experience in the development of software using the following tools/libraries: Git, Jenkins, Java11, JavaScript, Maven, babel/webpack, Jersey, MyBatis, React, JUnit5, Jest
• Experience in working with the following technologies: SQL (Oracle), REST, SOAP, XSL, HTML, CSS/SASS
• Experience in both JSON/XML API design and consumption
• Experience in working with Unix/Linux systems
• Willingness to develop and learn
• Experience in working with Cloud solutions (preferred GCP)

Nice to have

• Experience with ITIL processes (the company uses ServiceNow)
• Experience in working with high-performance/performance-sensitive code
• Experience in working with infrastructure, such as F5 LTM/GTM load balancers and/or IBM MQ
• Airline/Travel domain knowledge
