PROJECTWe are looking for a Technical Project Manager - a critical member of the Program Management team who will be responsible for the requirements gathering, solution design, planning, execution, and closure of the GSS projects.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be continuously challenged within a global environment, playing a critical role in our client鈥檚 Advance Safety & User Experience segment.
You鈥檒l be developing and expanding an already close relationship with the stakeholders on high-volume programs, collaborating with them on future directions to bring value to our customers.

You will have full product development and lifecycle ownership of projects that help transform the Automotive Industry to become safer, greener, and more connected than ever.
YOU WILL
- Combine market trends, customer needs, and product vision into a detailed description of what to build and convey that vision to the rest of the development team
- Be the main point of contact for our project stakeholders, guide them through the development lifecycle, and discuss on daily basis their detailed requirements, propose when they are not sure, and manage your product
- Work with software engineering teams to prioritize tasks, estimate timing, and plan sprint content
- Work with program management and project management to track the implementation of software features and ensure milestones are met
- Develop structured test plans for verification of prototype software applications
- Triage, root cause and resolve issues in cloud-based services, APIs, and web-based engineering tools
- Conduct engineering tests and coordinate software POCs to analyze the feasibility and applicability of proposed software solutions
- Lead project management activities through launch, managing KPIs, managing the project plan, staying on target for goals across cost, quality, time, delivery, and methodology
- Manage risk activities; escalate issues promptly
- Be responsible for cost & budget management; planning and tracking expenditures and ensuring margins are maintained
- Ensure financial goals around profitability and costs are met
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution
- Ensure customer and supplier relationships are smooth
MUST HAVE
- Master's Degree in Engineering/Technical discipline
- About 10 years of relevant work experience
- Experience within the Automotive/Engineering industry preferred
- Proven track record of successful international project delivery and project management, including ownership of business targets and industrialization
- PMP/PRINCE2 Certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of project financials, budgets, and relevant costs
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Agile methodology knowledge would be a plus
