We are currently joining a brand new project for a German bank to make a cloud transformation. Mainly new development, cloud environment, and security importance. The aim of the project is to migrate selected existing legacy IT systems to the Google Cloud Platform in collaboration with Google. Challenges - client security regulations.
THINGS YOU WILL DO
- Solving complex target cloud architecture, networking, and security challenges in line with customer
- Performing deep-dive assessment with an As-ls-Analysis (Apps/ Data/ Infrastructure} and tools readiness
- Implementing Proof Of Concept
- Working closely with multiple stakeholders (executive team, customer team)
TECH STACK: GCP, GKE, DBs - Sybase/PostgreSQL, Data migration and reconciliation, Microservices architecture
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE
- Experience with GCP application and data migration
- Experience in migrating applications from on-premises to the cloud platform
- Good understanding of the Cloud marketplace and various cloud services
- Strong knowledge of system architecture and architectural design patterns
- Experience with Docker, K8s, CI/CD, Terraform, cloud SDKs (GCP}, Yaml, gUtil
- Experience with Java, Python, C++ (understanding), Bash scripts
- Experience working on a highly secure application
- Understanding of business approach and customer-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in the English language - you will work for global clients
