Responsibilities
- Execution of projects related to LAN, WAN, WLAN networks, and IT security
- Troubleshooting customer networks, handling service tickets (2nd/3rd line support)
- Collaboration with sales representatives in customer interactions and solution selection assistance
- Development of competencies through participation in courses and obtaining relevant certifications
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience working with Cisco/Juniper/Alcatel network devices in building and maintaining networks based on these solutions
- Network knowledge at the JNCIP/CCNP or equivalent level
- Experience working with UTM/NGFW security devices, supported by relevant certifications
Nice to have:
- JNCIP, CCNP, or CCNA certification
