Samsung SDS is seeking a Content Producer with proficiency in Italian to join our Content Production Center team. The Content Producer will be responsible for developing, producing, and editing various types of content for Samsung SDS customer service-related initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in content creation, be fluent in Italian, and have a passion for delivering high-quality content that resonates with a diverse audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce content in Italian for Samsung SDS customer service-related initiatives.
- Create engaging, informative, and high-quality content that resonates with a diverse audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, and customer service teams, to create comprehensive and effective content.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into content development strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of content and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in content creation or production, preferably in a customer service-related field.
- Fluent in Italian, with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of content production tools and technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
