We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Production Lead to join our team. The Content Production Lead will be responsible for leading the content production efforts within our Content Production Center, with a specific focus on producing customer service related content for Samsung SDS. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including customer service, marketing, and product development to create high-quality content that effectively communicates product information and solutions to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the content production efforts within the Content Production Center, ensuring that all content is produced on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer service, marketing, and product development to understand customer needs and develop content that effectively communicates product information and solutions.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to identify content gaps and develop content that addresses customer needs and pain points.
- Manage a team of content producers, providing guidance and support to ensure that all content is produced to a high standard.
- Develop and maintain content production processes and workflows, ensuring that all content is produced efficiently and effectively.
- Continuously monitor and analyze content performance, using this data to inform and improve content production efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to inform content production efforts.
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing content producers, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively produce high-quality content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as marketing, communications, or journalism.
- Proven experience in a similar role, including experience leading content production efforts and managing a team of content producers.
- Strong writing and editorial skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience producing customer service related content is a plus.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within tight timelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with content management systems and content production tools.
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and content marketing best practices is a plus.
- As a Content Production Lead, you will be responsible for leading the content production efforts within our Content Production Center, with a specific focus on producing customer service related content for Samsung SDS. You should have excellent writing and editorial skills, as well as strong project management skills and the ability to manage a team of content producers. In addition, you should be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and have experience producing content for customer service related topics.
