PROJECT
Our Digital Transformation organization is part of the IT Front Office developing a suite of web-based services (eCommerce, Customer & Partner self-service, Experience, etc.) for customers worldwide. We are accountable for digitizing our business and providing an optimal customer experience while collaborating with our business partners and customers.

We have a vision to make continuous delivery simple. We aim to develop quality software fast and efficiently through effective processes, good tools, and automation. This is why we are building a team that knows how to develop software end-to-end with subject matter experts in key areas.

Within the DevOps team, you are a key enabler of continuous delivery (exploration, integration, and deployment) for the Digital Transformation program across several value streams, multiple domains, technologies, and platforms.

YOU WILL

• Define, drive, and implement Observability strategies and solutions across our systems
• Bring performance insights to development, SREs, and Ops teams to improve our customer experience
• Ensure that applications in our Digital Transformation ecosystem are highly available, optimized for performance, and reliable
• Define Observability strategies for 5+ value streams and 10+ development teams in a scaled Agile environment
• Lead and drive the adoption and implementation of application performance monitoring and site reliability principles for our applications on-prem and SaaS-based
• Provide metrics & insights continuously, in real-time and reliably to ensure our products are built to meet performance & availability requirements

MUST HAVE

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, Information Systems, or STEM related field
• 7+ years of experience as a site reliability lead/engineer in architecting & designing Observability solutions for large systems with multiple on-prem and multi-cloud SaaS web-based applications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing solutions and deploying major commercial application performance monitoring (APM) platforms such as Dynatrace, New Relic, Data Dog, AppDynamics, etc. to large programs
• Experience defining and driving the use of performance/availability metrics, SLIs/SLOs, and KPIs for web-based, and stand-alone, applications
• Creating dashboards for application monitoring for technical and non-technical audiences

NICE TO HAVE

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle Commerce Cloud, or Adobe Experience Manager platforms
• Experience working in a large-scale Agile environment (LeSS, SAFe, etc.) and practicing Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Certifications with a commercial APM tool, preferably Dynatrace
