ProjectAs a Scrum Master, you will work with different teams and lead Agile methodologies adaptation. You will define processes and help to implement them in the whole department. Your role will be to facilitate and remove impediments for the team responsible for delivering services for thousands of developers in the company and external stakeholders.
To us nothing is impossible, you will have autonomy and freedom to propose changes and innovations. Plan and execute proof of concepts and explore state-of-the-art solutions, have fun, and celebrate success along the way with us.
You will
- Collaborate with different engineering teams
- Define Scrum best practices and processes to help teams deliver faster and better quality products
- Teach dozens of engineers how to聽implement Scrum on a scale
- Facilitate scrum meetings and artifacts handling
- Follow-up on action points and escalate on impediments
- Prepare to report based on teams performance
Must have
- At least聽5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience聽working in a big organization
- Knowledge of Scrum methodologies and principles
- Willingness to聽share knowledge and build bridges across the organization
- Knowledge of project management tools聽(JIRA or similar)
- Experience in creating burn-down and burn-up reports
- Knowledge how to plan and visualize聽features using different planning techniques
