Technical Writer

Our Client:

  •  remote / office Gdańsk

What you will do:
  • Creating API and new product documentation, including: Release notes, user manuals, tutorials, and best practices documents,
  • Using screenshots, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that will increase the users’ understanding,
  • Creating videos / PowerPoint presentations that will help users to familiarize themselves with the product,
  • Working closely with developers, testers, and product managers to understand the new features.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in technical writing or related field,
  • Excellent English communication skills,
  • Good understanding of IT/Software Engineering concepts,
  • Ability to explain complex process in a simple way,
  • Strong writing and analytical skills,
  • Attention to details,
  • Very good communication skills.
