About the role
We聽are聽looking聽for a聽cloud聽geek聽who聽will聽help聽us聽to聽provide聽one聽simple,聽valuable聽solution 聽focused聽 on聽collecting,聽searching, and聽analyzing聽monitoring data聽across聽fully聽distributed聽 architectures via聽cloud聽integrations.聽
At the core,聽we strive to聽help with monitoring and troubleshooting cloud components that cannot be instrumented with agents. We integrate with cloud monitoring data sources (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, GCP Monitoring) to grab metrics, logs, events, and traces,聽and聽then聽process them to be usable by our AI engine.聽We聽also聽aim to augment the data that comes from agent-based monitoring with cloud-related context.聽Having all that,聽we聽want聽to provide聽a聽single pane of glass for DevOps engineers, app developers,聽and IT operations聽who聽are responsible for complex cloud architectures.聽
Currently we aim to deliver full coverage of Google Cloud Platform services monitoring, enable full Dynatrace AI support for all clouds metrics, and also provide cloud monitoring as a a Dynatrace extension.聽聽
We are fully remote until Covid-19 pandemic is declared over and it is safe to socialize. In the Post-Covid-19 reality we offer hybrid model, a fusion of remote聽and at-the-office聽work.
What you'll be responsible for

- Participating in building the product roadmap聽

- Helping to mentor聽more聽junior聽engineers聽聽

Desired skills and experience
- Professional experience with Java聽or聽Python聽
- Hands-on聽experience聽with聽one of cloud聽technologies聽(for聽example:聽AWS,聽Azure, GCP)
- Strong聽product聽mindset聽聽聽
- Solid聽foundation聽in聽object-oriented聽programming, data聽structures, and聽algorithms聽
- Experience聽with聽clean聽code, design聽patterns, etc
- Ability聽to聽perceive聽functionalities聽from a聽global聽end-to-end聽perspective聽聽
- Good English聽communication聽skills
