Opis
Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:聽
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new Customers and their Business Decision Makers in Poland and/or abroad
  • Sole ownership in relations with a designated group of own Customers
  • Working on a shared vision of cooperation and acting as Trusted Data & AI Advisor to Customer
  • Driving sales process according to process and policies
  • Performing envisioning, architecting and initial scoping meetings
  • Taking responsibility for sales materials, sales meetings, offerings and Scope of Work

Project Delivery Area:聽
  • Designating and scoping the projects with Solution Architects and Project Owners聽
  • Understanding a client鈥檚 enterprise architecture and envisioning final solutions聽
  • Designing the architecture of the solution as well as supporting analyzing and creating functional requirements聽
  • Making sure that all planned phases of the project run smoothly and without slippage聽
  • Conducting sales processes following the principles of Elitmind聽
  • Responsibility for net-profit calculation, the scope of work and pricing documents聽
  • Accountability for meeting project goals and overall Customers satisfaction聽聽

Personal development:聽
  • Constant technical development to propose the newest technologies and solutions聽
  • Passing certificates as per agreed technical development plan聽
  • Improving soft skills by attending the training and self-development聽聽


Requiremens:
Tech and business processes skills:聽聽
  • At least 5 years in architect role or proficiency in Microsoft data technologies聽聽
  • At least 3 years in sales or pre-sales role聽
  • At least 3 years in leading and scoping projects聽
  • At least 3 years of experience in working directly with external Customers聽聽
  • Fluent business English allowing to perform activities with Customers on the Architect/Project Manager/Sales and C-level聽
  • Travel up to 25% if necessary (local or global market - to be decided)聽
Professional experience:聽
  • Self-managed, executor, highly organized and goal-oriented聽
  • Good tasks prioritization聽聽
  • Presentation skills for business decision makers and CxO level聽
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving approach聽
  • Open to step out of comfort zone and ready to constantly expand your knowledge and skills聽
  • Experience in sales and pre-sales聽聽
