You will be responsible for cooperation with development teams, monitoring Scrum events, detecting and identifying obstacles and removing them. Improving processes, support in the sprint, supporting self-organization.

What will be your tasks?
Coordinates all Scrum meetings (Daily, Planning, Sprint etc.)
Monitors development/sprint progress
Responsible for coordinating work with the development team
Initiating activities increasing the effectiveness of development teams and optimizing their work
Ensuring compliance of team’s work with the SCRUM methodology
Responding to emerging obstacles limiting the work of the team
Promoting and supporting Agile practices in the organization
What we require?
Experience in working on an Agile in similar position with developments teams in the IT industry
Practical knowledge of Scrum
English at least at C1 level
Very good organization of work and independence in the implementation of entrusted tasks
