🔍 Job: Senior Data Engineer (AWS & Python)

Project scope:

Collaborate with technical peers and non-technical end-users to understand requirements, invent solutions and create value quickly
Design, develop and implement scalable back-end components to integrate data into our web app
Test, document, and debug integrations
Improve functionality of existing integrations

Competence demands:

Experience ingesting and integrating data from many sources using streams, flat files, APIs and databases
Strong knowledge of working with AWS Services for data processing, storage, computation, monitoring such as EC2, Redshift, RDS, Athena, S3, Lambdas, Step Functions, SQS, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, CloudWatch
Proficient level understanding of Python
Experience performing basic ETL functions (SQL) and understanding data quality steps
Extensive experience in data migration to Cloud with Cloud Native Patterns and provide support for pipelines running in the cloud
CI/CD pipelines development
Experience in communicating technically, at a level appropriate for the audience
Ability to work at a fast pace and learn quickly
Inquisitive, proactive and interested in learning new tools and techniques
