Project
Our scrum team in Kraków is providing innovative solutions. The project is focused on developing a web platform that allows travel agencies to smooth sales in the travel business.

You will

• Delineate requirements to solve complex business problems using different technologies and systems views across multiple functional domains on high profile and/or mission-critical efforts and projects
• Translate customer needs and feedback into more detailed business requirements
• Write user stories; assists in ranking and prioritizing the stories and adding them to the product backlog
• Ensure product adheres to business requirements document (BRD)
• Provide input for release decisions in conjunction with key stakeholders
• Serve as a lead conduit between developers, architects, designers, and external and internal customers
• Provide functional/technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements
• Provide consultation to users in detailed functionalities of automated systems
• Support Development staff by assisting with functionality questions, addressing testing issues, EPR issues, training on new products, and all delivery planning aspects for the deployment of a service or product

Must have

• Proven leadership ability
• Minimum 4 years related experience
• Advanced computer software skills
• Ability to organize and conduct training or workshops for large groups
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
