Remuneration: 18-24k net on the B2B contract; employment contract also possible
 Scope of duties:
Establishing Agile values, methods, principles, and practices for the delivery of products within their team
Building and coaching/mentoring of a self-organized team in Agile standards and best practices
Leading all Scrum events
Cooperating closely with Product Owner on the backlog management to ensure effective Sprint planning process and other Scrum Masters in Scrum of Scrums meeting to manage dependencies
Ensure delivery of the user stories agreed to be delivered within the Sprint
Competence demands:
At least 3 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
Certified Scrum Master certificate will be a plus
Ability to work in a multinational environment
Very good knowledge of English (including written English)
High communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational and time management skills
Ability to cooperate with all levels of management and work independently
