What You Will Do :

Being the first line of support for the customer

Providing high quality technical support via phone, e-mail and on-site to customers

What You Need :

At least 2 years of customer support experience

At least 3 years of experience as a software engineer

Ability to effectively communicate technical topics

Knowledge of C language (C++/Java/python – are an advantage)

Experience with embedded OS development (e.g. QNX/Linux/Android)
