Description
You will
  • Respond to inquiries and requests for assistance with an organization’s computer systems or PCs
  • Log calls, identify problems, troubleshoots, and provides advice to assist users through standard scripts or checklists
  • Coordinate with level 2 or higher IT resources to resolve problems if necessary
  • Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems

Must have
  • 1- 3 years of experience
  • Experience with hardware and software
  • Experience with operating systems
