Respond to inquiries and requests for assistance with an organization’s computer systems or PCs
Log calls, identify problems, troubleshoots, and provides advice to assist users through standard scripts or checklists
Coordinate with level 2 or higher IT resources to resolve problems if necessary
Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems
Must have
1- 3 years of experience
Experience with hardware and software
Experience with operating systems
