Project
The company is looking at Agile Program Manager to lead complex technology programs, projects with responsibility for high-level planning to include funding, technology development, industry technology requirements, software testing, and delivery in a product-oriented Agile environment. This role will provide program management oversight for technology teams across the globe to ensure key functionality is delivered with quality to drive business growth through technology.
You will
- Work in an agile development environment supporting both product line programs and complex programs
- Coordinate and align efforts across matrix-managed teams to define and maintain program goals, and schedules
- Manage ongoing work through an agile framework, leveraging Rally to drive delivery and reporting established
- Drive alignment and adherence to standards and direction set by the adopted operating model
- Remove barriers that prevent efficient execution of deliverables and formulates mitigation plans to address program risks
- Produce metrics-driven reporting to represent program status, risks, dependencies, and actions leveraging Rally
- Provide regular status reporting (verbal and written) leveraging Rally to leadership and Business Units across the organization.
- Facilitate program level issues and change management resolution
- Develop and deliver concise executive-level presentations
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years related experience
- Large project or program management experience
- Advanced knowledge and use of PowerPoint and Excel
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others at all levels of the organization
- Very good organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up
Nice to have
- Airline or Travel Industry experience
- Agile and Scrum process knowledge
- PMP and/or Agile certificates
