We're looking for a Backend Engineer for one of the world's most innovative companies in sports. As a member of their engineering team, you will contribute to the ongoing development of their revolutionary online data and video delivery solutions.

Requirements:
- Experience in working and performance tuning of high volume databases
- Skilled in C# with a preference for .NET Core
- 5+ years of experience as Backend Engineer
- Design patterns
- Capable of designing and driving software architecture
- Great communication skills, autonomous and self-motivated
- A strong feeling of responsibility for your work
Nice to have:
- NoSql technology (MongoDB preferably)
- Docker
- Kubernetes or other container orchestration technologies
- Profiling and tuning high throughput applications
- Experience as a team leader
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a remote environment
Responsibilities:
- Creating APIs (internal and external) in order to support both data and video
- Building complex data models supporting the rules of sports
- Developing algorithms that are capable of taking and transforming multiple data streams into a single event structure
- Scaling out current systems to support new sports
- Building and testing automated systems
- Building complex reporting data structures for analytical systems
