Job description
As a Senior/Lead Tester at YND, you will actively participate in software product delivery and work closely with our experienced engineering teams.
In this role you will:
be an active member of the development team working towards a common goal
be a reliable quality gate
maintain & evolve test suites
join YND QA meetings oriented on knowledge sharing as well as a selection of best testing methods, approaches and tools for the quality assurance process in YND
 Expectations
4+ years of professional experience as a Software Tester
Professional experience with testing mobile and web apps
Professional experience with test management tools (e.g. TestRail) and ticket/bug tracking tools (e.g. JIRA)
Professional experience with Agile software development
Very good understanding of functional and non-functional tests
Knowledge of various types of manual testing incl. integration, exploratory, and regression
Up-to-date knowledge about testing trends and concepts
Attention to details
Responsibility for assigned tasks & team results
Ability to efficiently and accurately compare and evaluate: best practices and methodologies used in software testing as well as tools and technologies used to support manual and automated testing
Proactive attitude and eagerness to share the experience with QA peers
Communicative English
Nice to have
Technical background or engineering education
Experience in writing automated, API or performance tests
Basic programming skills
Familiarity with CI tools
