Position competencies

English level minimum B1
Experience building web apps with Python/Django (1 year min.)
Experience building smart contracts with Solidity (1 year min.)
Experience with docker and docker-compose

Nice to have

Front-end development with React/Vue
TEAL/PyTEAL experience
Experience in nodes / blockchains / DeFi / tokens on any: Algorand/Polkadot/Kusama/Ethereum
You have your own cryptocurrency/token portfolio
Experience with any of these: web3, dApps, multisig, stablecoins, NFTs, Staking, custom crypto wallets
Experience with FIAT ramp on/off solutions

Outcomes

Building full-stack web applications to support blockchain solutions and contracts
Building smart-contracts to manage standard and custom assets
Preparing custom assets (Algorand ASA, ERC20, etc.)
Setting up and running nodes on various blockchains
Connecting web app logic with smart contracts logic
Preparing and releasing various dApps
Researching cross-chain capabilities
Researching DeFI for best yield optimization
