You would join the Enterprise Services department that is a home to various teams from infrastructure, through application servers to shared platforms such as application integration. You would work on maintenance and support of IBM solution stack.

Your role

• Provide level 3 support for incidents
• Perform root cause analysis for incidents
• Define & develop solutions for repeated incidents
