We聽are looking for a聽dynamic, energetic individual to聽help us on the Network Emulation Solutions (NES) Customer Support organization with excellent RF background, OTA knowledge, and experience in the Conformance / 3GPP / GCF / PTRCB market to聽complement our team. You will be part of a聽talented engineers team to聽rapidly solve customer issues, working closely with R&D teams. Our products will be used for conformance testing, design, development, and manufacture of wireless products.
You will
- Resolve our customers and internal requests as part of the customer support group
- Ensure customer satisfaction by聽being available and providing outstanding support
- Manage multiple channel communication to聽manage customer questions
- Improve the quality of our products based on customers & internal inputs
- Coordinate with R&D and marketing to聽debug customer issues
- Add value to聽the team by聽adding RF expertise in 5GNR
Must have
- Previous work experience in customer service or a聽relevant communicative role
- Knowledge about 5GNR technology
- 3GPP / GCF / PTCRB and conformance knowledge is a聽plus
- Spanish or any other additional languages are a聽plus
- The willingness to聽develop, ability to聽rapidly learn new technologies and provide technical assessments to聽customers
- The willingness to聽provide on-site technical support when required
