Project
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic individual to help us on the Network Emulation Solutions (NES) Customer Support organization with excellent RF background, OTA knowledge, and experience in the Conformance / 3GPP / GCF / PTRCB market to complement our team. You will be part of a talented engineers team to rapidly solve customer issues, working closely with R&D teams. Our products will be used for conformance testing, design, development, and manufacture of wireless products.

You will
  • Resolve our customers and internal requests as part of the customer support group
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by being available and providing outstanding support
  • Manage multiple channel communication to manage customer questions
  • Improve the quality of our products based on customers & internal inputs
  • Coordinate with R&D and marketing to debug customer issues
  • Add value to the team by adding RF expertise in 5GNR

Must have
  • Previous work experience in customer service or a relevant communicative role
  • Knowledge about 5GNR technology
  • 3GPP / GCF / PTCRB and conformance knowledge is a plus
  • Spanish or any other additional languages are a plus
  • The willingness to develop, ability to rapidly learn new technologies and provide technical assessments to customers
  • The willingness to provide on-site technical support when required
