Project
Our Scrum team in Kraków is providing innovative solutions. The project is focused on developing a web platform that allows travel agencies to smooth sales in the travel business.

You will

• Coordinates Scrum of Scrums sessions
• Account for planning and for overseeing the successful delivery of the program’s output
• Be an active stakeholder in quarterly roadmap/release planning
• Integrate testing strategy at a program & release level
• Coordinate and engage all associated product areas and create a holistic program/release plan
• Remove cross-product impediments to ensure program/release success
• Manage scope, the timeline for the overall program/release
• Manage program and track, monitor, and communicate progress (scope, schedule, and risks) to all stakeholders including customers
• Coordinate go/no-go decision making for program release in conjunction with key stakeholders

Must have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years related experience
• CSM required
• PMI-ACP preferred
• SAFe certifications preferred
• Proven leadership ability
• Ability to organize and conduct training or workshops for large groups
