Our Scrum team in Krak贸w is providing innovative solutions. The project is focused on developing a聽web platform that allows travel agencies to聽smooth sales in the travel business.
You will
- Coordinates Scrum of Scrums sessions
- Account for planning and for overseeing the successful delivery of the program鈥檚 output
- Be an active stakeholder in quarterly roadmap/release planning
- Integrate testing strategy at a聽program & release level
- Coordinate and engage all associated product areas and create a聽holistic program/release plan
- Remove cross-product impediments to聽ensure program/release success
- Manage scope, the timeline for the overall program/release
- Manage program and track, monitor, and communicate progress (scope, schedule, and risks) to聽all stakeholders including customers
- Coordinate go/no-go decision making for program release in conjunction with key stakeholders
Must have
- Bachelor鈥檚 degree聽or equivalent
- Minimum聽10 years聽related experience
- CSM聽required
- PMI-ACP preferred
- SAFe certifications preferred
- Proven leadership ability
- Ability to聽organize and conduct training or workshops for large groups
