We're looking for an Android Developer for a young company on a mission to accelerate learning through fun and technology, which wants to use data and technology to positively impact every step of the learning process, making educators more efficient.
As an Android Developer, you will be part of a growing and visionary company. They already have products in production rolled out to several countries and are expanding rapidly to new markets. We are currently looking for more senior engineers to help drive the technical direction and implementation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with Android development using Java and Kotlin for phones and tablets
- Enthusiasm for engineering practices such as CI/CD, pair programming, automated testing, design, and code reviews.
- Passion for working closely in a cross-functional fashion with a product, UX, and design teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities:
- Improving and expanding our existing application by writing well-tested and documented high-quality code that is secure, scalable, and well-performing.
- Helping define, implement, and advocate best practices for quality in code, architecture, and processes.
- Creating a stable and modern application, implementing engaging user experiences together with our product and UX team.
- Improving and implementing CI/CD-pipelines, monitoring, tracking, and analytics.
