Our Scrum team in Krak贸w is focused on developing a聽suite of modern web applications and e-commerce platform offered through our team to聽our customers across the globe.
You will
- Be part of a聽cross-functional Scrum team working together with other developers
- Be enabling a聽user-centered product development process and leveraging the power of design to聽inspire change reflecting user needs
- Leverage industry best practices and tools to聽create wireframes flows and prototypes to聽communicate design intent to聽stakeholders
- Follow user experience standards, processes and implement UX methodologies
- Collaborate with global CX Digital Transformation Team to聽review concepts, evolve processes, and ensure consistency across all digital products
Must have
- At least 3- 4 years聽of proven professional experience in interaction, product, user experience, or user interface designer and having consecutively delivered comprehensive and intuitive end-to-end solutions
- Proven experience designing for consumer-focused telecom, e-commerce, fintech, banking, insurance-related products, and/or industries
- Strong ability to聽articulate reasons behind design decisions to聽stakeholders, customers, and the engineering team
- Passion for rapid design ideation and User Centered Design
- Self-starter and strong desire for team collaboration
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Experience with聽Sketch,聽Figma,聽Invision,聽Adobe CC, and other industry-standard wireframing tools
- Bachelor鈥檚 or Master鈥檚 degree in a聽design, sociology, psychology, or IT related field
- Experience working in聽Agile聽environments
Nice to have
- Knowledge of how to聽use analytical tools and data for making the right UX decisions
- Experience in UX research and User Testing methodologies
- Experience in performing Design Sprints or moderating Design Thinking sessions
