Minimum Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English
• 2+ years of recent production quality Node.js product development experience
• BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or comparable working experience in software engineering
• Knowledge of developing and debugging web applications
• Knowledge of the HTTP protocol and the DNS protocol

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Google Functions, or Cloudflare Workers)
• Familiarity with HTML parsing and DOM manipulation
• Familiarity with text processing using Regular Expressions
• Familiarity with software scalability techniques
• Familiarity with web content caching techniques
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, or BigCommerce)
• Familiarity with building REST or GraphQL APIs
• Familiarity with TypeScript, Python, or PHP coding
• Basic frontend JavaScript skills (content manipulation, events, HTML5 APIs)
