What will you work on?
As a member of the core business backend team you will work as much on building new prototypes and MVPs, as on optimising and scaling existing features. We’re constantly exploring new ideas. Our core platform has scheduled over 350 years of cleaning time and it efficiently organises the work of thousands of agents across many regions, cultures and languages.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
Take care of high-quality code (your own and your colleagues)
Covering all new features by integration (Behat) and unit tests (PHPUnit)
Work on development of our internal CRM ( HTML, CSS, JS)
Cooperate with other team members to finalize projects on time
Follow our industry best practices
What we require:
Minimum of 3 years hands-on work experience developing PHP
Deep knowledge of OOP and SOLID
Experience with writing functional/ integration/unit tests
The habit of writing clear, understandable, and maintainable code
Practice in doing Github code reviews
Knowledge of Symfony inside out
Experience with CQRS or similar architectural patterns
Comprehension of CSS, HTML and Javascript
Good knowledge of English
Soft skills:
Desire to lead by influence and showing a good example
Experience mentoring development team members
Communication with business leaders in non-technical terms
