Job Description/High-Level Task Assignment
Plans and coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades.
Coordinates work performed by Technology staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements,
Performs feasibility and needs/impact assessments.
Develops detailed project plans
Coordinate regular customer review meetings
Manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
Manages the project team during the project in cooperation with technology managers. Is responsible for the cooperation with one or more clients, in accordance with the duties assigned by the superior.
Coordinate regular customer review meetings
Analyze, review and forecast project spending
Assists in planning, analysis and determination of priorities in respect of the company’s projects and daily activities in the region.
Is responsible for the effective and timely management of all projects tasks throughout all project stages.
Provides assistance in the supervision of project processes, implementation and certification of quality systems.
Acts as an agent for individual groups and persons involved in the project, ensures the proper circulation of information.
