🔍 Job: Application Operational Support (2/136)

You will

Play an active role in system-level design, requirement definition, customer support, and testing of various systems engineering projects
Make changes or updates to existing system designs, develop and enhance existing technologies for use in new solutions, perform root cause analysis to identify system design issues, and make recommendations and implement solutions to complex problems

Must have

IT operations and support (ensuring effective Front-end and Back-end functionality of applications)
2+ years of support Linux systems
2+ years of Windows OS experience
Experience with MS SQL, MySQL databases
Understanding of firewalls, LANs, and net
Specific knowledge and skills include knowledge of system-level video technologies and standards including MPEG, Open Cable, etc.
Network technologies include TCP/IP and Ethernet
Systems engineering and requirements management tools and techniques
Strong writing, presentation, and other communication skills
