Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, own, and execute product roadmap. Translates high level product roadmap into well-defined product requirements including feature definitions, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
- Providing vision and direction to the agile development team and stakeholders throughout the development cycle
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product according to business value or ROI.
- Participate in regular planning sessions and work closely with developers, QAs, and engineering managers to prioritize work and ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks (aka backlog) to work on
- Work with solution architects to understand the architectures and ensure required product capabilities are addressed in them
- At sprint reviews, ensure the development team is developing the features according to specifications
- Keep up to date development/QA progress of particular releases. Make use of that info to build the release notes document
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments that impact release goals of the dev teams
- Actively contribute ideas to improve processes
- Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
- Follow our competitors and the industry
- Keep abreast with Agile best practices and new trends
Requirements And Qualifications:
- Previous working experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for 5 years
- Experience with building enterprise cloud products
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Fundamental understanding of Data analytics & Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Knowledge Graph
- Fundamental understanding of services provided by cloud vendors (e.g AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Documentation skills
- Creative thinker with a vision
- Attention to details
- Familiarity with Financial Services – an advantage
- BSc in Computer Science, programming background - strong advantage
