We are looking for Junior Duty SRE Engineer for Symphony Solutions!
You would be a great fit for this position if you have:
- Good technical troubleshooting and problem resolutions skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience with any ticketing system (JIRA, Zendesk, Service now, etc.)
- To be ready to work on shifts (including holidays and night shifts)
- Experience in a technical support role is a plus
- Experience with Cloud Platforms(AWS, GCP); Knowledge of GCP – higher prio (can even skip AWS)
- Some knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform would be a great advantage
- Linux administration
- Knowledge of networking concepts
- Responsibility, result-oriented, team working, attentiveness to details, ability to learn quickly

Here are all the things you’ll get to do:
- Initial issues qualification, debug and extend with details
- Provide technical support to customers according to the support procedures
- Guarding and meeting the SLAs
- Maintains support case status, including root cause, within the support case management system
- Initial identification, debug, investigation of the issue
- Classification of requests and escalation to L3 Support team
- Close cooperation between customers and L3 team
- Maintain a knowledge base and scripts for the L1 Support team
- Learning and self development in cloud technologies based on AWS and/or GCP
