Your Mission
Help grow the business of our clients by ensuring best-practice migrations, deployments, and implementations of Cleeng software. Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of client projects, enhancements, and fixes to meet clients' needs.
Position Overview
With over 300 active broadcasters using Cleeng, our platform is utilized by big brands having millions of users as well as small customers who just launch an OTT service. In order to support our growth, we are looking for an experienced candidate to join our small but dedicated Client Delivery team to help streamline those client projects for Europa to Greater Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client projects, work directly with the client and partners, set deadlines, define deliverables, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders well informed.
- Delivering customer satisfaction and overall excellence by managing agreed deliverables, communicating professionally, as well as identifying and scoping opportunities (or issues), and assisting with speedy resolution
- Coordinating required resources. Ensuring that the right type and number of resources are available on projects, enhancements, and fixes.
Maintain Gantt-chart planning for tasks and resources
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in digital project management for external clients, preferably in the media industry
- Familiar with OTT, online video technologies, app development, subscriber management, and preferably with Direct 2 Consumer strategies and international e-commerce
- Demonstrated project leadership skills, with proof-points to deliver high-quality results on schedule and within budget
- Preferably experience dealing with cross-company projects that have to be delivered with internal, clients as well as external partner’s project teams (e.g. video streaming partner, or app-development partners).
- Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; along with strong communication skills both verbal and written.Â
- Ability to weigh business and technical requirements to produce project scopes, plans, and estimates. A fair amount of technical expertise is required, ability to produce technical diagrams.
- Ability to lead both small and enterprise-wide engagements, facilitate meetings, manage stakeholders, and effectively manage client escalations.Â
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment.Â
- Must be able to travel for longer periods of time if necessaryÂ
- Fluent in English is a mustÂ
- Preferably a Masters degree
