Your Mission
You will play a key role in the definition and delivery of Cleeng’s product roadmap and strategy. You will help to strengthen our positioning and messaging, with a particular focus on our Merchant product. Here you will have end-to-end responsibility for refining the features to improve our clients’ customer conversion and retention. 


Position Overview
As a Product Marketing Manager at Cleeng, you will have the opportunity to shape and impact our product strategy throughout the product development cycle. You will work to understand our clients’ needs, use data effectively to identify opportunities, engage our partners to understand the ecosystem, and deliver viable functional innovations that have a clear business impact. 

As the lead product specialist for Cleeng Merchant, you will strive to strengthen this product’s position as the clear choice for media and entertainment brands. You will develop a deep understanding of online payment solutions, as well as the challenges faced by our clients in optimizing their payment operations. 

Key Responsibilities
- Engaging our clients to understand their goals, challenges, and requirements
- Identifying, validating, and prioritizing business opportunities using business and market data
- Aligning stakeholders around your vision for Cleeng Merchant – and other product improvements you work on
- Working closely with our engineering, marketing, and sales teams to guide the development and competitive positioning of our products
- Defining and tracking KPIs to measure and grow Cleeng Merchant’s profitability and business impact
- Monitor operations related to Cleeng Merchant, including activities such as tax collection, invoices, client payout, and business intelligence reporting 
- Support and enhance additional product team processes such as requirements documentation, project selection, and release evaluation.


Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a product management or product marketing role dealing with payment and/or eCommerce billing.
- Good knowledge of PSP landscape in EU and US
- Excellent at defining and articulating competitive positions at both the strategic and messaging level
- Good analytical skills, with the ability to explore business data and present findings to business stakeholders
- Strong goal orientation, with the ability to define clear business metrics and drive projects that impact their growth
- Effective team player, capable of building relationships with different types of professionals and stakeholders
- Fluency in English
