Requirements:
- Portfolio showcasing excellence in user experience, should include process and outcomes
- Experience in working in cross-functional teams, including collaboration with Engineers and Product Managers
- Strong command of the design process, methods, and activities as well as visual design and communication skills
- Experience in building and shipping high-impact digital products for consumer or commercial audiences
- Experience in driving and facilitating discovery workshops
- Positive personality with openess and ambition
- English and Polish - communicative level
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate discovery workshops with clients to gather all necessary information and shape the product vision - workshops carried out in person
- Conduct user research including in-depth user interviews, and use gathered data and product analytics to understand customer needs/pain points/motivations, make decisions, and communicate solutions
- Map processes of clients organizations to build a shared understanding between the product team and clients
- Work with Product Management and Engineering leaders to define use cases, requirements, customer journeys, and interactions
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes and validate them with users
