Manages multiple programs utilizing Agile principles and provides guidance to scrum teams on all aspects of Agile Software development with a strong focus on Scrum practices. Recognized as a knowledge resource on initiatives across the company for a variety of internal/external customers. Operates with broad latitude in support of organizations priorities.

Responsibilities
Responsible for aligning the efforts of departmental or cross-functional teams to support the company’s strategic objectives. Coordinates product benefits and capabilities to sustain, enhance and deliver portfolio objectives. Manages ongoing work through governance structures, creating high-level plans that provide guidance to programs where detailed plans are established. Drives alignment and adherence to standards and direction set by the organization. Removes barriers that prevent efficient execution of product increments.

You will:
  • Drive scrum of scrum
  • Be accountable for planning and for overseeing the successful delivery of the program’s output
  • Be an active stakeholder in quarterly roadmap/release planning
  • Integrate testing strategy at a program & release level
  • Coordinate and engage all associated product areas and creates a holistic program/release plan
  • Engage all stakeholders/product teams throughout the program/release
  • Remove cross-product impediments to ensure program/release success
  • Manage scope, a timeline for the overall program/releases
  • Update release timeline in a corporate tool(s) as needed
  • Communicate plan (scope, schedule and risks) to all stakeholders
  • Manage program and tracks, monitor, and communicate progress (scope, schedule and risks) to all stakeholders including customers
  • Facilitate collaboration across different BUs and product teams for ensuring program success including managing dependencies across a product line, 3rd Parties, vendors & customers
  • Coordinate go/no-go decision making for program release in conjunction with key stakeholders

Must have
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Minimum of 10 years related experience
  • Advanced computer software skills
  • Ability to organize and conduct training or workshops for large groups
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • CSM required
 
Nice to have
  • PMI-ACP preferred
  • SAFe certifications preferred
