We're looking for a Front-End Developer for a company that creates an app, in which customers will be able to discover and handle any information type that they are interested in. At large, the app handles over four hundred different catalogs such as movies, sports, concerts and so much more. To sum up, these catalogs have 100s of millions of toppings.
As part of the client’s team, you will develop offline-first mobile, web and desktop apps using React-Native and business logic that integrates with our search engine and our back-end platform, code with best practices and QA compliant processes, as well as the design and execution of documentation, testing and security, optimize applications for maximum speed, ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency, help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting, hiring of team members (every team member has this responsibility) and play coaching and apprenticeship roles, often simultaneously with different people (every team member has this responsibility).
Ideal candidate profile:
- 4+ years working as a Front-End Developer
- Previous experience as a senior front-end developer or in a similar role
- Deep technical expertise with React Native, React.JS, Typescript, Javascript, Endpoint Integration, Business Logic, Data Conflict Resolution, Design, and Quality Assurance
- Expertise in best practices and QA processes, as well as documentation, testing and security
- Previous experience developing advanced multi-platform applications
- Good understanding of back-end and data structures
- Previous experience developing a diverse range of mobile applications
- Strategic insight
- Great communication skills in English
- Fly once every quarter for a 4-day weekend so the team can connect in person.
