THE TEAM
Our current team of around 30 engineers, working within 5 scrum teams is located in The Hague and Gdansk. The team consists of the best and brightest across fields, from industry experts, to digital designers, to developers. And we are united by a single mindset – one that encourages creativity, risk-taking, and a “take charge” attitude. Currently we are hiring for the Gdansk (Poland) office and we do like to see each other live in the office from time to time :)Â

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Work in the website team, including product owner, designer, content writer etc. to bring Twill commercial website to the next level
Take an active part in “growth hacking” by continuous experiments and A/B testing
Explore technical solutions to solve business problems
Work closely with the marketing team to drive commercial growth and brand awareness
Be a member of our technical team where you will be able to influence changes in our technology stack.
You will give feedback to your peers as well as receive it on a regular basis to learn and grow
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have:
Solid knowledge of React.js and JavaScript (ES6) & TypeScript
Solid knowledge of Gatsby ecosystem
Headless CMS experience (Contentful is a big plus)
Familiar with Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration systems
Experience in an Agile software development
Very good English skills, both spoken and written
Excellent communications skills to ensure technical aspects are well understood and taken into consideration by the team and by stakeholders
Team player to ensure the team goal is achieved through collaboration and proactive communication
Excellent time management skills to have a balance between meetings and delivery
Nice to have:
Experience with GraphQL
Experience with search APIs like Agolia
Experience with language management systems like Smartling, LnguageWire, or similar
Experience in the growth hacking team
Experience of close collaboration with the marketing team
