UBUDU SAS is a French IoT company which provides indoor location systems (RTLS) for B2B clients. You could see our solutions in major restaurant chains (2000+ all over the world), museums in Paris and gates opened by phone on highways. We also implement them in factories, nuclear power plants, large constructions, airports, etc. We believe that our solutions can improve the work and lives of so many!
Our product line-up consists of our own designed hardware with custom firmware, linux based applications, mobile applications, server full stack applications we're literally flooded with problems to solve and technical challenges to meet.
In our Warsaw Site we are looking for a person who can oversee and plan all processes related to electronic hardware production. Your daily goals will vary from producing several units to producing several hundred units and managing the team and processes to meet the goal. This will include pcbs FW flashing, pcbs testing, product assembling and labeling, product QC. You will be using Odoo ERP and ClickUp.

List of duties:
- organizing and planning internal production on site,
- liasing with external providers (EMS) ,
- quality monitoring - both internal and external,
- keeping track of components and ready products stocks,
- preparation and maintenance of production documentation (with help from R&D department),
- giving feedback to RND regarding discovered issues.
