UX/UI Designer

PDP Technologies is an Industrial 4.0 IoT technology provider, delivering real-time partial discharge (PD) monitoring services to owners of high-voltage and medium voltage assets.
Our mission is to help power companies and other equipment owners understand what's happening "under the hood" of their critical assets. PDP offers a non-invasive, fully managed SaaS solution that performs continuous (24/7/365) on-line PD monitoring of static and dynamic electric assets, such as transformers, busbars, power lines, generators, and turbines.
Now, we are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to work in our new office in Cracow. If you are a doer, a winner, a quick learner, a fast and creative thinker, a team player and your English is highly articulate and clear in both speaking and writing - you are most likely our ideal candidate
What will you do as a UX/UI Designer:
• Lead the UI/UX aspects of the product (SAAS) alongside the Product Managers, end to end, from conceptualization to release, incorporating users' feedback and following the concepts of simplicity and information at-a-glance.
• Identify opportunities for growth around the whole user journey and work with hypotheses and experiments to understand our users better
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups following UX best practices.
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, forms, and widgets.
• Collaborate with product teams of local and remote SW Engineers and Product Managers to translate business requirements and user insights into rapid prototypes to illustrate and further validate concepts.
• Understand the product lifecycle from research through prototyping to design & usability testing.
• Build A\B testing processes & best practices.
What we are looking for in this role:
• At least 3 years of experience in UI, UX and User Journey design working at a SAAS company as part of a team.
• Experience in designing B2B web applications for SaaS companies.
• Experience with customer validation, create and drive user testing, user interview and analytics tools.
• Experience in using industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Axure, Adobe XD and InVision.
• Experience with sensors signals visualization – Advantage
• BA in user experience, human factors or related human computer interaction (HCI) discipline
• Strong understanding of usability and user experience principles.
• Conceptual thinker with the ability to understand user behaviour, conversion, simplicity, and usability.
• Ability to communicate effectively design solutions.
• Very Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Attention to design quality and details.
