PDP Technologies is an Industrial 4.0 IoT technology provider, delivering real-time partial discharge (PD) monitoring services to owners of high-voltage and medium voltage assets.
Our mission is to help power companies and other equipment owners understand what's happening "under the hood" of their critical assets. PDP offers a non-invasive, fully managed SaaS solution that performs continuous (24/7/365) on-line PD monitoring of static and dynamic electric assets, such as transformers, busbars, power lines, generators, and turbines.

Now, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to work in our new office in Cracow. What will you do as a Project Manager:
• Responsible for development life cycle of a multi-disciplinary development team, comprising hardware, embedded code, and cloud services engineers, in an agile environment.
• Set up milestones, tasks, team's goals, manage, supervise, and inspire the team members.
• Proactively define and lead R&D agile methodologies.
• Manage the project’s timelines, milestones, resources, scope and risks, balancing and prioritizing between conflicting needs.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Track and report the program execution health and resolve issues that arise during all phases
• Communicate release plans and changes.
• Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Go/No-Go reviews.

What we are looking for in this role:
• At least 3 years of experience in both hardware and software projects management.
• At least 3 years of experience in R&D role.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary projects.
• Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Master’s degree – Advantage.
• Formal training in project management practices – an advantage.
• Experience as system engineer – an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills. Proven ability to define, prioritize and execute.
• Organized, methodological, and thorough.
• Ability to work in Agile environments with frequent deployments.
• Outstanding inter-personal and communication skills, ensuring positive and efficient relations within the project team.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Very Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
