An insurance company is running a very large program to drive the transformation to the cloud. This cloud transformation program has many goals. One is to create managed public IaaS environments (Azure, AWS) that will host some of the company鈥檚 entity applications.
As part of this program, CyberDefense will provide security products (anti-virus, EDR, encryption, vulnerability and compliance management, privileged account management) to聽secure the environments and virtual machines provided by聽these public IaaS.
You will
- Build up migration pre-requisite checklist
- Build up and run acceptance test
- Ensure all pre-requisites are in place for each migration and each Cyber Defense product used by the VMs migrated (CyberArk, Symantec Antivirus, Arbor DDOS, McAfee web gateway proxy, Proofpoint mail gateway, Vormetric Encryption, Qualys Vulnerability management). Also, ensure all network-related pre-requisites are in place.
- Drive and verify the implementation of the pre-requisites
- Responsible for driving the resolution of issues of the migration of VMs regarding the CD security products.
- Analyze, identify root causes, propose solutions to the issues/incidents related to the Cyber Defense security products during the migration of the Virtual Machines and for the migration of the CD product platforms themselves
- Work in close relationship with the security products teams
Must have
- Good knowledge of cloud providers and networks: AWS, Azure
- Good knowledge of security products: antivirus (Symantec), EDR (Cybereason), Encryption (Vormetric), vulnerability and compliance management (Qualys)
- Ability to deep dive into technical configurations of the products
- Familiar with solution design, build, deployment
- Familiar with virtual machine migration techniques
- Familiar with technical issue management and troubleshooting activities
- Great communication skills
- Ability to聽drive technical meetings
- Good teamwork and project timelines constraints management
