路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Scrum Master
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure that relevant stakeholders, product/process owners, SMEs are engaged
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Establish and/or refine internal processes to support the development on Now platform
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Document and provide expert coaching to team on relevant processes & tools
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure appropriate quality controls & traceability is maintained
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Remove impediments, resolve conflicts to ensure successful product releases
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Envision and build appropriate KPI鈥檚, reports, dashboards, analytics, etc
The ideal candidate should present:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Expert understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform including, but not limited to ServiceNow best practices and tools (i.e. Agile, Test Mgmt, ATF, DevOps, etc)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Solid understanding of ServiceNow ITSM portfolio & ITOM portfolio, workflow, portal
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Solid understanding of of ServiceNow ITBM, GRC, HRSD, Performance Analytics, dashboards, Reports
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure appropriate tools and processes are in place to have a development/production environment that is reliable and reproducible
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Certifications in the following areas are beneficial (not required): Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ServiceNow CSA, CIS, or CAD; Certification(s) related to Agile development and/or DevOps
