We are hiring a high-caliber expert who is excited to leverage blockchain technology to build services that are community-powered. Our first product is a digital wallet that provides members with the most seamless payment experience via social messengers. Our members are the key stakeholders of this ecosystem and the business is committed to maximizing membership value - not profits.
Responsibilities of Senior position:
- Build, deploy, manage and monitor the infrastructure for several HI cloud products
- Provide infrastructure related technical guidance and coaching to developers and other engineers
- Owning the infrastructure technical standards and quality.
- Facilitate infrastructure related technical discussions.
- Participate in all Agile ceremonies (e.g. backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, ...).
- Identify your stakeholders and communicate with them regularly and proactively.
- Ensure following best practices in the DevOps field
- Attend team retrospectives & workshops to promote continuous improvement
- Provide estimations on deliverable features
Nice to have:
- Development / engineering background or good knowledge of at least one programing/scripting language
- Fintech experience
- Experience in other Cloud platforms (Azure / GCP)
Requirements:
- Infrastructure as Code and Scalability mindset
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE or similar role
- Have managed large-scale Cloud platforms in AWS
- Experience in GitLab (or other DevOps platform)
- Hands-on experience with operational tools (ELK, Prometheus, ...)
- Experience with operating containers (Docker) and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes -EKS) at scale
- Experienced in supporting production systems and responding to incidents
- A technical mindset with great attention to detail
- Great communication and presentation abilities
